God is calling us to a deeper intimacy with him. In these times, we know God will do so much more than we can anticipate. We want to posture ourselves toward God, the unexpected, and all that he wants to do. We are hungry for MORE OF JESUS. Fasting can humble and sober us to see Christ clearly. Letting rivers flow in the wilderness, refreshing, refilling, refueling, renewing our community with new wine.

We know there is a complexity to fasting and wanted to provide a guide to prepare for and sustain our time of fasting as a community.
